How To Avoid Not Practicing What You Preach

Researchers have resolved a conundrum that has long vexed Earth's inhabitants: how to avoid not practicing what you preach. It turns out the answer has been quietly hiding in plain sight: SHUT UP.

Tough words: “Practice what you preach!” 

That phrase is used both as an admonishment and as an accusation. No one wants to be thought of as a hypocrite or two-faced. Thank God there’s a simple solution to the dilemma of knowing that there will be times your behavior doesn’t match the standard you say others should be living by.

Don’t preach. Just practice.
