How To Avoid Not Practicing What You Preach

Researchers have resolved a conundrum that has long vexed Earth's inhabitants: how to avoid not practicing what you preach. It turns out the answer has been quietly hiding in plain sight: SHUT UP.

Tough words: “Practice what you preach!”

That phrase is used both as an admonishment and as an accusation. No one wants to be thought of as a hypocrite or two-faced. Thank God there’s a simple solution to the dilemma of knowing that there will be times your behavior doesn’t match the standard you say others should be living by.

Are you ready for the solution? Write this down. Here it is:

Don’t preach. Just practice.
